Before You Pick Up the Phone
Should I plan to be there during the inspection?
It helps, because we like to go through the photos with you afterward. If you cannot be there, we can inspect the outside and review the findings with you by phone.
Can you come out if I have already filed a claim?
Yes. Have your claim number handy, and we can plan to be on the roof when your adjuster visits.
What if it is raining when you are scheduled?
We only inspect when it is safe and dry enough to be on the roof, so we will move the visit to the next suitable daylight slot.
Do you work outside Duluth?

Can a family member join the walkthrough?
