Inspections and Estimates

Inspection findings and estimates reflect the conditions we can see on the day of the visit. Hidden problems, such as damaged decking under the shingles, may only show up once work begins.

Any change to the scope or price will be explained and agreed with you before the added work is done.

Insurance Claims

The insurance claim belongs to you. We can document damage, meet your adjuster and send supplements for items that were missed, but your insurance company makes every coverage decision.
